Outland Ore, Herbs, and Treasure added to Map - Friday, August 24, 2007
On our Outland map of the expansion, you can now map the locations of Ore, Herbs, and Treasure! The right-hand column now has options for "Show Outland Herbs", "Show Outland Ore", and "Show Outland Treasure". Clicking on one will display a list of the resources that can be mapped. I've been using the map to help farm mats for flasks and elixirs as my guild starts to tackle SSC. The icons haven't been cleaned-up, but they should work for now.
View the Outland map here!
In the next week, we should have the resources locations for the Blood Elf and Draenei starting zones posted.

Cool to see you're still updating :)
I stopped playing Warcraft a few months back (after hitting 70 for the second time!) because I hit a point where the only fun thing to do was Raiding, and I didn't have time. Hopefully I'll pick it back up when WotLK hits though :-)
woot! I stopped using mapwow for this reason alone...no outland???
anyway thanks for keeping this awesome site up to date!
I just checked the mapWow site and the Show Herbs is still not working.
I sent an email yesterday to the person listed on the page.
Please fix, I love this little map.
TY
There is no Ancient Lichen listed on your outland herb map >.<
It would be great if you could select herbs in range of their level, for players like me just working on leveling up my skills
alos a select/deselect all both for herbs and tresures would be nice
Thanx for a great site

I think you guys should impliment chests for lockpicking for people that want to find the lockboxes in places like Desolace and Azshara :)
Great work! However location for Alliance route : Wildhammer stronghold is a bit off.. led me to the demons :D
Theres a Flight path missing on the map for the alliance. The Refugee camp in STV in the northernmost part. Just thought id point that out.
I just have to say this. I was looking for Briarthorn in the Darkcoast and saw that WoWMaps was rather overestimating the content of ore in the area. Spots that looked like they had ore were not there, is there a reason for this?
